Build power, control, and confidence in your dancing with this 4-part strength & conditioning series led by Emma Nelson, PT, DPT of the Artistic Athlete Health Collective. Designed for Irish dancers of all levels, each class focuses on a different area of the body to support safer, stronger dancing.
